Ella Kushnir, the founder of EK Aesthetics started her professional journey as a neonatal intensive care specialist registered general nurse. She maintained a primary care nursing position. She became interested in aesthetics after a number of years and has been working in the field since 2010.

Over the past decade, Ella has been a certified independent prescriber specialising in advanced aesthetic techniques and administering a variety of injectable wellness and aesthetic treatments. Having gained experience in both surgical and non-surgical contexts at multiple upscale clinics, Ella has honed her abilities and knowledge. Ella's delicate technique and "less is more" philosophy are well-known. Ella holds a Master of Public Health, a Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Care Nursing, and a Bachelor of Arts in nursing. She completed a rigorous programme of postgraduate study and successfully obtained credentials as an Independent Nurse Prescriber (INP). Ella is a member of the Aesthetic Complication Expert group of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses.
